How can you sell brand name items for so cheap?We constantly source brand name items at a low price, when we do find deals, we usually buy in bulk so we can offer them to our customers for a huge discount from retail stores. Our items sell out very fast and we may not be able to restock the same items, if you find something you like, get them while it is still in stock.
How often do you restock or receive new items?We usually post new items weekly, so check back often as our offers change each week.
How do I track my order after I place the order?Once you have placed an order, you can check its status at any time. Orders are grouped into one of two categories: 1) shipped or 2) unshipped/partially shipped. It is sometimes possible to make last-minute changes to unshipped orders. These changes will require assistance from customer service.You may simply email us, sales@bonafideluxury.com, and you will get an response within 5 hours during business hours.
Does BonafideLuxury.com ship internationally?Yes, it may be done but it's evaluated case by case and each international orders will be paid by wire transfer only, we reserve the right to refuse any order.
