BonafideLuxury.com strives to offer you great designer merchandise at the best possible value. In order to do so, we are not able to take returns. If you have questions in authenticities, you may contact our Loss Prevention department sales@bonafideluxury.com for further assistance.

All the products that are sold on BonafideLuxury.com are Authentic, Brand New with Tags. If you should encounter any defects, you will need to contact the respective manufacturer. BonafideLuxury.com has chosen not to be an authorized dealer of the products we sell. Authorized dealers are required to sell products at the manufacturers' set price (on average 35 - 60% more than we charge). You may rest assured, however, that all our products are 100% authentic with serial numbers intact, brand new and under warranty. We employ several quality checks before an item leaves our warehouse. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact one of our customer service reps ASAP! We are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions.
